Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough physical and visual inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Operate and maintain testing equipment and measuring instruments, performing calibrations as required.
- Document and report non-conformances, process deviations, and product defects accurately in the quality management system.
- Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues on the manufacturing floor.
- Perform routine line checks and process audits to uphold manufacturing, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Maintain accurate daily inspection records, generate quality reports, and support traceability efforts.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, 5S) to enhance overall product quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment, strictly adhering to all company policies and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent certification.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or quality assurance / quality control role is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with basic QC tools such as callipers, gauges, micrometers, and visual inspection standards.
- Strong attention to detail with a meticulous and methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse and collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, including rotating shifts if required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for daily reporting tasks.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership over work quality.
