Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control protocols for all engineering projects.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential workplace hazards.
- Monitor and ensure strict compliance with DOLE (BOSH/COSH) regulations and international ISO standards.
- Coordinate and streamline departmental workflows to enhance operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Organize and lead safety training sessions and quality awareness workshops for all staff members.
- Investigate workplace incidents or quality failures and provide detailed reports with corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to quality metrics and safety compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, or Mechanical) or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance and Occupational Health and Safety.
- Certified Safety Officer (SO2 or higher) with updated BOSH/COSH training.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical workflows and data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical reporting and training.
- Strong leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
