As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive documentation systems that ensure compliance with international standards, including ISO requirements and Bizsafe certifications. Your attention to detail and understanding of heat treatment manufacturing processes will be essential in maintaining our reputation for quality and safety excellence.
We are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about continuous improvement and has a proven track record in quality and safety documentation. If you have a Diploma in Engineering and 2-3 years of experience in ISO, Bizsafe, Quality & Safety with a background in heat treatment manufacturing, we encourage you to apply and become part of our growing team.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management system documentation in accordance with ISO standards
- Ensure all safety documentation complies with Bizsafe requirements and regulatory standards
- Review and update existing documentation to reflect changes in processes, regulations, or standards
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is readily available and compliant
- Train staff on proper documentation procedures and quality/safety standards
- Maintain and organize all quality and safety records in a systematic and accessible manner
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of documentation systems and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of documentation with operational needs
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Engineering or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in ISO, Bizsafe, Quality & Safety documentation
- Background in heat treatment manufacturing is essential
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and safety protocols
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in documentation management systems and office software
- Certifications in ISO management systems are a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to train others
