Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections and testing procedures to ensure product compliance with specifications
- Lead root cause analysis for product defects and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for installed equipment and systems
- Develop and maintain quality documentation including inspection reports and SOPs
- Collaborate with R&D teams to incorporate quality improvements into new product designs
- Train service technicians on quality standards and maintenance protocols
- Monitor supplier quality performance and conduct vendor audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or service engineering
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma) preferred
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and measurement equipment
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical process control
- Excellent communication abilities for client interactions and technical documentation
- Knowledge of Indonesian industrial standards and regulatory requirements
