Tanggung Jawab
- Perform visual and manual inspections of components to identify surface defects, burrs, or dimensional inaccuracies.
- Sort finished goods based on quality parameters and defined engineering specifications.
- Ensure all inspection results are accurately logged in daily production reports.
- Communicate effectively with line supervisors regarding any recurring quality issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with industrial health and safety standards.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality output across all shifts.
- Assist in the packing and labeling of components once they have passed the inspection phase.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Prior experience in quality control, inspection, or general manufacturing roles is highly preferred.
- Strong visual acuity and the ability to detect minute defects under various lighting conditions.
- Basic command of written and spoken Malay or English.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of concentration and consistency.
- Willingness to work on a shift rotation basis as required by production schedules.
- Proven reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
