Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control quality standards throughout the manufacturing process to ensure product compliance.
- Lead the Quality Assurance team, providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality deviations.
- Analyze quality data and trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory quality role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong working knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced MNC environment with a strong focus on detail.
