Join Fastrain as a hands-on Quality Supervisor (SMT) and lead our quality assurance initiatives to manufacturing excellence. In this pivotal role, you'll drive defect reduction strategies, optimize production yields, and cultivate a high-performing QA team. You'll implement rigorous inspection protocols, analyze root causes of quality issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IPC compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor SMT QA team members to ensure consistent quality performance
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of PCB assemblies using IPC standards
- Implement and maintain quality control systems for SMT processes
- Analyze defect patterns and develop corrective action plans
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve chronic quality issues
- Train personnel on quality procedures and inspection techniques
- Generate quality reports and KPIs for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3-5 years in SMT quality control with leadership experience
- IPC-A-610 certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of SMT processes and defect analysis techniques
- Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001)
- Proficient in statistical process control (SPC) methods
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
