- Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures for logistics and freight operations
- Coordinate with cross-departmental teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including reports and process manuals
- Analyze quality metrics to identify trends and recommend improvement opportunities
- Support supplier quality assessments and vendor management initiatives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, logistics support, or manufacturing
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data interpretation abilities
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
