Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems compliant with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards
- Conduct internal quality audits and process assessments to identify compliance gaps
- Investigate non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and track resolution effectiveness
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation including inspection reports, compliance records, and procedure manuals
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to integrate quality standards into product lifecycles
- Monitor regulatory changes and update quality systems to ensure ongoing compliance
- Train staff on quality procedures and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in quality assurance within aerospace/defense manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, and FAA/EASA regulatory requirements
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
