We are currently seeking a meticulous and analytical Quality System Senior Analyst to join our team in Ipoh, Perak.
In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our quality assurance infrastructure. You will oversee, maintain, and enhance our Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure we not only meet but exceed rigorous international standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the administration and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring seamless documentation and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Analyze complex quality data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for systemic process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality standards into new product development and existing manufacturing workflows.
- Manage document control processes, ensuring all quality manuals and procedures are accurate, current, and accessible.
- Facilitate staff training programs focused on quality awareness, compliance, and best practices.
- Prepare comprehensive quality performance reports for senior management review to drive strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality systems management, preferably within a high-tech or semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or ISO 13485 standards.
- Proven expertise in utilizing quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and 8D reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical data and translate it into actionable business intelligence.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead audit discussions and training sessions.
- Proficiency in QMS software and Microsoft Office Suite; ERP experience is highly advantageous.
