It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily production processes to identify and rectify quality issues immediately.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality inspectors and floor staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Report critical defects and quality concerns directly to senior management.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control protocols and ISO standards.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Analyze defect data to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or production.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a factory environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, Six Sigma, or Lean methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict production deadlines.
- Relevant technical certification or degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
