Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough quality inspections and testing of products using precision tools and equipment
- Maintain accurate quality documentation, reports, and statistical process control data
- Investigate product non-conformances and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis
- Train team members on quality standards and inspection techniques
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality control standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years in quality control or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems
- Proficiency in using measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Willingness to work flexible 12-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
