Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine product inspections and quality control testing to ensure compliance with specifications
- Maintain accurate quality documentation, including test reports and non-conformance records
- Analyze quality data trends and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions
- Calibrate and maintain quality inspection equipment
- Participate in internal quality audits and compliance checks
- Train team members on quality standards and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Engineering, Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years in quality control or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001)
- Proficiency in measurement tools and inspection techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible 12-hour shift schedules
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
