As a Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet stringent international standards and customer expectations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues, thereby driving continuous improvement across our manufacturing processes.

You will be responsible for monitoring production lines, conducting rigorous inspections, and maintaining accurate documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and inspect manufacturing processes and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections using various testing equipment and tools.
- Document inspection results, report non-conformities, and initiate corrective actions for defects.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to investigate root causes of quality issues.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and measurement devices to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electronics, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with quality tools such as SPC (Statistical Process Control), Gage R&R, and basic Six Sigma concepts.
- Strong understanding of IPC standards and inspection techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and reporting.
- Valid Malaysian driver's license is an added advantage.
