Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily quality inspections and product testing to ensure compliance with specifications
- Document quality control findings and maintain accurate inspection records
- Identify, analyze, and report quality deviations to production teams
- Operate precision measurement tools and quality assurance equipment
- Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related technical field
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing quality control
- Proficiency with quality inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
