As a Quality Technician, you'll work within our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Bandar Enstek, implementing and monitoring quality control processes that safeguard our products from production to packaging. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine quality inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Document quality control activities, test results, and non-conformities in accordance with established protocols
- Identify and analyze quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and monitor implementation
- Calibrate and maintain quality testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable measurements
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement process improvements
- Participate in internal and external quality audits as required
- Stay updated on industry quality standards, regulations, and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with quality management systems and quality control methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Proficiency in quality testing equipment and laboratory procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
