Tanggung Jawab
- Perform Incoming Quality Control (IQC) inspections to verify raw materials and components meet specifications
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits throughout the production process
- Utilize precision measurement tools and equipment to ensure product accuracy
- Investigate quality issues and non-conformances, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions
- Maintain detailed quality records and documentation for compliance purposes
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related concerns
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality systems
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with measurement tools and inspection equipment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation purposes
