Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections and quality control checks at various stages of the manufacturing process
- Assure all customer and company quality expectations are being satisfied at all manufacturing and supplier sites
- Document quality issues and maintain accurate records of quality control activities
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality control processes and procedures
- Analyze quality data and identify trends or patterns that may indicate potential issues
- Investigate product non-conformities and recommend corrective actions
- Work with suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards and requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, and root cause analysis
- Strong attention to detail with excellent observational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using quality control equipment and measurement instruments
- Good communication skills to effectively report quality issues and collaborate with teams
- Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 or other relevant industry standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
