Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for maintenance and rectification projects.
- Manage the procurement process, including sourcing sub-contractors and evaluating quotations for competitiveness.
- Administer contracts, handle variation orders, and ensure all claims are processed according to contractual terms.
- Conduct on-site measurements and valuations of work completed for progress payments.
- Collaborate with the facilities team to monitor project expenditure against approved budgets.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow forecasts for management review.
- Liaise with external consultants and sub-contractors to resolve disputes regarding contract interpretations.
- Perform final account settlements and ensure all project documentation is accurately closed out.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within the Facilities Management or Building Maintenance sectors.
- Solid understanding of standard forms of contract and local procurement regulations in Singapore.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and contractors.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of integrity in financial reporting.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., SISV) is an added advantage.
