Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities for construction projects
- Conduct cost analysis and risk assessment for materials, labor, and equipment
- Monitor project budgets and provide financial forecasting throughout construction phases
- Manage contractual claims, variations, and final account settlements
- Advise project teams on cost-effective construction methods and materials
- Prepare interim payment certificates and conduct site valuation inspections
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve financial discrepancies
- Maintain accurate cost records and generate regular financial reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying for construction projects
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, JCT)
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, MQS) is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
