Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Monitor project costs against budgets and provide financial forecasts
- Advise on contractual claims, variations, and final account settlements
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify work valuations
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize costs
- Maintain accurate records of project expenditures and contractual obligations
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, JCT)
- Certification from recognized professional body (e.g., RICS) preferred
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
