Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for interior design projects
- Manage tender documentation and evaluate contractor bids
- Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets
- Conduct value engineering analyses to optimize costs
- Process and certify subcontractor payments
- Prepare monthly cost reports and financial forecasts
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Minimum 2 years interior design industry experience
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong understanding of Malaysian construction contracts
- RICS certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
