Cleanvironment Waste Management Services Inc is seeking a highly analytical and detailed Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team in Paranaque City. In this vital role, you will take charge of the financial, commercial, and contractual management of our environmental and construction projects from initial feasibility studies through to final account closeout.
As our Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with project managers, engineers, and external subcontractors to ensure that all projects are completed within budget and in strict compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive feasibility studies, cost plans, and detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for construction and waste management projects.
- Manage the procurement process, including analyzing subcontractor quotations, negotiating terms, and preparing contract agreements.
- Monitor and control ongoing project expenditures, conducting monthly valuations and cost reports to ensure compliance with the target budget.
- Evaluate and negotiate project variations, claims, and interim payment applications from subcontractors and vendors.
- Perform regular site visits to inspect work progress, verify material usage, and validate financial claims.
- Collaborate with the project management team to identify commercial risks and implement cost-saving value engineering initiatives.
- Prepare final accounts and manage contract closeout documentation efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of solid experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction, engineering, or waste management sectors.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing cost estimation software, AutoCAD, and advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent understanding of construction contracts, procurement methods, and local industry regulations in the Philippines.
- Outstanding analytical, negotiation, and mathematical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders and subcontractors.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
