Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for various construction projects.
- Monitor project progress and prepare periodic valuations for interim payments to contractors.
- Manage procurement processes, including issuing tender documents and analyzing contractor bids.
- Draft and negotiate construction contracts, ensuring terms align with project requirements and company standards.
- Track variations in work scope and calculate associated cost adjustments to prevent budget overruns.
- Coordinate with site teams to conduct regular audits and cost reporting for project stakeholders.
- Mitigate commercial risks through effective cost control strategies and dispute resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the Indonesian construction industry.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, procurement regulations, and local building standards.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications accurately.
- Strong command of English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
