Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control project costs to ensure financial efficiency
- Prepare tender documents, contract agreements, and cost estimates
- Conduct accurate quantity take-offs and cost analysis
- Analyze and report on project financial performance and variances
- Manage subcontractor payments, variations, and claims
- Prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts, and budget analysis
- Advise on cost-effective construction methods and materials
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and FIDIC conditions
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and construction management tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
