Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for engineering projects.
- Coordinate and manage the tender process, including documentation and bid analysis.
- Conduct accurate site measurements and maintain precise project cost control.
- Process interim and final claims for subcontractors and clients.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly progress reports for project stakeholders.
- Manage contract administration and provide advice on contractual claims and variations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and financial compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in construction or engineering quantity surveying.
- Strong proficiency in tender documentation and contract administration procedures.
- Expertise in MS Excel and industry-standard measurement software.
- Exceptional analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with project teams.
- Knowledge of Malaysian construction laws and standard forms of contract (e.g., PAM, JCT) is an advantage.
