- Conduct precise measurements and prepare interim payment certificates for marine infrastructure projects
- Manage and evaluate variations, ensuring proper documentation and cost impact assessment
- Implement cost control measures to maintain project budgets and financial targets
- Process and negotiate interim claims with contractors and subcontractors
- Prepare cost estimates and financial reports for project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with JKR regulations and contractual obligations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve financial discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related construction field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying for infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong understanding of JKR contract procedures and marine construction standards
- Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to financial detail
- Experience with marine or waterfront infrastructure projects
