Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate bills of quantities and cost estimates for construction projects
- Monitor project expenditures against budgets and provide variance reports
- Review and process subcontractor invoices and payment certificates
- Conduct site measurements and verify material quantities
- Advise on contractual claims, variations, and risk mitigation strategies
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and financial records
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying for construction projects
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and Indonesian building regulations
- Certified Quantity Surveyor (SQS or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
