Waxler is seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing accurate estimates, and overseeing contractual obligations to ensure financial efficiency and project success. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project budgets and control costs to ensure projects remain financially viable and within allocated limits.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents for construction projects.
- Review and analyze contract terms to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify material quantities, labor hours, and work progress.
- Prepare monthly progress reports, interim valuations, and final accounts.
- Manage payment applications, process invoices, and resolve billing discrepancies with clients and subcontractors.
- Assist in the procurement process by providing cost comparisons and budgetary advice.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar Quantity Surveyor role within the construction sector.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) for effective business communication and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and standard cost structures.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant QS software (e.g., Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Bluebeam).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
