PT SUMARAJA INDAH is a leading player in the construction industry, committed to delivering excellence in structural development and infrastructure projects. We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic project team in Karawang.
In this role, you will play a critical part in the financial management of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for cost estimation, procurement, and contract administration, working closely with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for various construction projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify work quantities for interim valuations.
- Manage procurement processes and negotiate competitive rates with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Analyze and mitigate commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and handle variations in accordance with contract terms.
- Ensure all project financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies.
- Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to track material usage and waste management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying or project estimation within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in construction estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or specialized QS software).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction standards, contract forms, and procurement laws.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced project environment.
- Strong command of both written and spoken Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
