Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for various landscape and design-build projects.
- Monitor and report on project expenditure, ensuring alignment with the original budget and identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage sub-contractor accounts, including the review and approval of progress claims and variations.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess work progress and verify completed quantities for payment purposes.
- Prepare and analyze tender documents to ensure competitive bidding and optimal vendor selection.
- Maintain detailed documentation of contract variations and claims to ensure contractual compliance.
- Collaborate with the project management team to refine cost models and improve overall project profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction management field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in quantity surveying or project cost control, preferably in landscaping or construction.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and building material costs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with project management or estimating software.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and high precision in numerical data.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective interaction with contractors and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under project deadlines.
