As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our construction projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and detailed bill of quantities (BOQ) for construction projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, verify work done, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Manage procurement processes, including inviting tenders, analyzing bids, and preparing contract documents.
- Perform comprehensive cost control and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency and quality standards.
- Prepare and process progress claims, variations, and final accounts accurately and timely.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to mitigate project risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quantity surveying or project cost control.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management software.
- Deep understanding of construction materials, building codes, and industry pricing standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
