As a key player in our project management office, you will be responsible for ensuring that our construction projects are not only high-quality but also financially viable and strictly controlled.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the lifecycle of our developments, from initial cost estimation and budgeting to final financial reporting and risk mitigation. You will collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that all financial aspects of our construction projects are transparent, accurate, and optimized for success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation for construction projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify that works align with cost plans.
- Perform cost control management and provide accurate financial reporting to management.
- Analyze and manage project risks to minimize financial exposure and delays.
- Process interim valuations, progress claims, and final accounts for contractors and suppliers.
- Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize material procurement and construction methods.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying or project cost control within the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in estimating software (e.g., MS Excel, specialized QS software) and project management tools.
- Deep understanding of construction methods, material costs, and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
