Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project costs from initial estimation through to final account settlement.
- Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BQ) and conduct comprehensive material take-offs.
- Monitor and report on project budget performance, identifying variances and implementing corrective measures.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify work performed against contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, procure materials, and manage supplier relationships for optimal pricing and quality.
- Prepare monthly progress claims and manage variations in contract scope.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to maintain strong professional relationships.
- Detail-oriented mindset with high integrity and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
