Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for new and ongoing construction projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, assess material requirements, and verify site measurements.
- Prepare monthly progress claims, valuations, and final accounts for client invoicing and payments.
- Manage variations, claims, and contract administration to ensure compliance with contractual terms.
- Perform cost forecasting, financial analysis, and variance reporting to ensure project profitability.
- Manage the procurement process, including vendor selection and contract negotiations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in QS software, such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standard construction practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
