China Construction First Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team in Cirebon. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the lifecycle of our construction projects, ensuring fiscal responsibility, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for large-scale construction projects.
- Monitor project expenditures and perform regular cost-to-complete analysis to ensure profitability.
- Manage contractual variations, claims, and progress payments to contractors and suppliers.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify work quantities against contract requirements.
- Liaise with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve contractual and financial disputes.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and risk assessments for senior management review.
- Ensure all procurement and subcontracting processes adhere to company standards and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in large-scale building construction.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and measurement standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings.
- Willingness to be based in Cirebon, Jawa Barat.
