Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all cost control and commercial management activities for assigned projects, ensuring financial accuracy and adherence to budget.
- Prepare and issue monthly progress valuations, variations, and final accounts strictly according to contract terms.
- Monitor project cash flow and forecast costs to prevent budget overruns.
- Liaise effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve commercial disputes and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify physical work progress and validate material quantities.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian construction regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive cost reports, trend analysis, and project documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian contract law, tendering processes, and local building standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and QS software such as Primavera P6 or similar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid professional QS license or certification is highly preferred.
