Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Monitor project expenditures against financial targets and contractual agreements
- Analyze tender documents, contractor quotations, and material costs
- Manage payment applications and progress claims documentation
- Advise on cost-saving measures and value engineering opportunities
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Resolve contractual disputes and claims related to financial matters
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and financial regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- 3+ years of experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, WinQS)
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Philippine construction regulations
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS) preferred
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
