This is an excellent opportunity to manage project costs, contracts, and procurement processes specifically within the ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) sector.

You will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates, managing site measurements, and overseeing contract administration. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for ACMV projects during the pre-tender and post-tender stages.
- Conduct site visits to perform accurate measurements, valuations of work progress, and verification of site claims.
- Manage sub-contractor procurement, including preparing tender documents, analyzing bids, and finalizing contract agreements.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to provide cost-effective solutions and value engineering options.
- Monitor project expenditures and prepare monthly financial reports to track variations and project profitability.
- Administer contract conditions and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Resolve contractual disputes and manage claims effectively to minimize project risks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, specifically within ACMV or MEP projects.
- Strong proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office (Excel).
- In-depth knowledge of local construction contract laws, building regulations, and standard forms of contract (e.g., PSSCOC, SIA).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while meeting tight project deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
