We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in civil projects to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and managing project claims.
Role Overview: Prepare detailed cost estimates from drawings, conduct quantity take-offs, and manage all project variations and claims effectively. Monitor project budgets, evaluate tenders, and liaise with subcontractors to ensure cost efficiency. This role requires a diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and quantity take-offs from engineering drawings and specifications
- Manage project claims, variations, and final accounts for civil works
- Prepare and review tender documents, and evaluate subcontractor bids
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, and cash flow management
- Conduct site measurements and surveys to validate quantities
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of Quantity Surveying experience in construction/civil engineering
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (SIA, PSSCOC, etc.) and procurement methods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quantity surveying software (e.g., QS Pro, CostX)
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
