Tanggung Jawab
- Manage cost control systems and prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
- Analyze and interpret contract documents to ensure compliance with financial terms
- Conduct regular site measurements and prepare interim payment applications
- Monitor project budgets and provide variance reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to resolve cost-related issues
- Prepare tender documents and evaluate contractor bids
- Implement value engineering strategies to optimize project expenditures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost control roles
- Proficiency in construction cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian construction contracts and regulations
- Experience with BPJS (Jamsostek) compliance and reporting
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to financial details
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
