We are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter (AutoCAD) to join our growing team in the Central Region. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing project costs while producing high-quality construction drawings. As a QS cum Drafter, you will play a crucial role in the lifecycle of our construction projects, ensuring that both the financial and technical aspects are executed with precision. You will work closely with project managers and engineers to deliver accurate documentation that meets industry standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform detailed material take-offs and quantity surveys for civil and plumbing projects.
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
- Create, modify, and revise technical drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Review contract specifications and assist in contract administration.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to ensure accurate documentation.
- Manage project variations, claims, and final account settlements.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related construction discipline.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) with a strong command of drafting standards.
- Proven experience in quantity surveying and construction documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with project management software and MS Office suite.
- Valid Singapore work pass (Singaporean/PR preferred).
