Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for electrical installations and systems.
- Conduct thorough site visits to monitor progress and verify installation quantities against project plans.
- Manage procurement processes for electrical materials, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.
- Analyze tender documents and provide comprehensive cost analysis and risk assessments.
- Prepare progress claims and manage variations throughout the project lifecycle to ensure budget adherence.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to negotiate rates and resolve technical queries.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project costs and prepare monthly financial reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Engineer, specifically in electrical construction projects.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine construction industry standards, materials, and local market pricing.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and computer skills, including expertise in MS Excel and industry-standard estimating software.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Highly organized with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
