- Manage and prepare Bill of Quantities (BQs) for interior design projects
- Implement and maintain strict cost control measures throughout project lifecycle
- Handle Variations Orders (VOs) and ensure proper documentation and approvals
- Conduct negotiations with subcontractors to secure optimal pricing and terms
- Analyze project costs and provide regular financial reports to management
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure cost-effective material and finish selections
- Monitor market trends for materials and labor costs to inform budget planning
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project specifications
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in interior design
- Proficiency in BQ preparation and cost estimation software
- Strong negotiation skills with subcontractors and suppliers
- Excellent understanding of interior design materials, finishes, and construction methods
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, system-driven environment
