As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be the financial guardian of our interior and flooring projects. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing budgets, and ensuring that all works are delivered efficiently within the financial constraints. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for interior finishing and flooring works.
- Monitor project expenditure closely to ensure adherence to the approved budget and financial plans.
- Review and process invoices, tenders, and subcontractor claims for accurate and timely payment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality, quantity, and progress of work.
- Manage the procurement process for materials specific to flooring and interior finishes.
- Liaise effectively with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to resolve financial and contractual issues.
- Prepare progress reports and financial statements for stakeholders and management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with a specific focus on interior and flooring finishing projects.
- Proficiency in construction cost management software and advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel).
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, pricing methods, and procurement procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid Indonesian driving license is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
