Tanggung Jawab
- Interpret and analyze architectural/engineering drawings for interior projects
- Prepare and maintain accurate Bill of Quantities (BQ) documentation
- Conduct site visits to verify quantities and monitor construction progress
- Assist in tender preparation and contract documentation processes
- Perform cost estimation and budget forecasting for interior works
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as Quantity Surveyor with interior focus
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and construction documents
- Expert knowledge of Bill of Quantities preparation methodologies
- Familiarity with construction contracts and procurement processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and cost estimation software
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
