Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for mechanical projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify material consumption against project plans.
- Manage sub-contractor agreements and process progress billings and final accounts.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs from engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Identify and analyze potential cost risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure material quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all financial and technical project records.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC Board Exam Passer).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or project estimation within the industrial or construction sector.
- Strong proficiency in technical reading of mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and schematics.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and construction estimation/project management software.
- Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate with vendors and stakeholders.
- Willingness to be based in General Trias City, Cavite.
