Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for construction cost management? Bali General Contractor is currently seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor specialized in MEEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, & Plumbing) to join our growing team in Denpasar.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial and administrative project management. You will work closely with our Senior Quantity Surveyor and Procurement department to ensure that all MEEP project requirements are accurate, cost-effective, and delivered on schedule. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with Senior Quantity Surveyors to prepare accurate MEEP cost estimates and budgets.
- Assist the procurement department in sourcing high-quality materials and negotiating vendor contracts.
- Conduct regular site measurements to verify progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and documentation for internal administrative review.
- Manage project variation orders and maintain up-to-date records of costs and expenditures.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure all MEEP installation requirements meet budget and design standards.
- Perform comprehensive document control and filing for all construction project correspondence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in MEEP quantity surveying or construction cost control.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting MEEP technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian construction material pricing and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
