- Administer contracts and manage project documentation for MEP installations
- Monitor project progress and cost control against budgets
- Prepare monthly valuations and financial reports
- Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors for execution alignment
- Analyze variations and claims for cost impact assessment
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards
- Collaborate with project managers for timeline optimization
- Conduct site visits and progress verification
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in MEP quantity surveying
- Proficiency in contract administration and cost management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with construction software (Primavera, MS Project)
- Certified Quantity Surveyor (QS) preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
