Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of construction cost estimates and budgets.
- Review bills of quantities (BOQ) and prepare interim payment certificates.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders regarding variations and claims.
- Monitor project cash flow and ensure adherence to financial targets.
- Prepare regular cost reports and progress updates for project managers.
- Conduct site measurements and valuations as required.
- Assist in the preparation of final accounts and contract close-out documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related engineering discipline.
- Relevant internship experience or a strong academic record indicating readiness for a protege role.
- Familiarity with Malaysian construction standards, tendering procedures, and regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with QS software such as Bluebeam or PlanGrid.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an advantage.
